The space

The entire house is yours, all five suites, the shared living space and the rooftop.

• 5 Full Private Bathrooms — One per suite, never shared. Walk-in showers with rainfall heads, and a bidet toilet in every bathroom.

• A Kitchenette In Every Suite — Full-size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, counter space and storage.

• A Big Screen TV In Every Suite — Your own screen, in your own space, on your own schedule.

• Independent Air Conditioning Per Suite — Central cooling that each suite controls separately.

While you are here

The neighbourhood

West Adams is one of the most central neighbourhoods in Los Angeles and one of the fastest-changing. Historic homes, a serious and growing food scene, and a position that puts you roughly equidistant from Downtown, Culver City, Beverly Hills and the beach. 🌴

• Culver City and the studio corridor are ten minutes west, which is why this street works so well for production and post crews.

• The E Line runs along Exposition at the end of the block, connecting Santa Monica in one direction and Downtown in the other.

• Adams Boulevard and the surrounding blocks have become a genuine destination for food and coffee over the last few years.

• Grocery, pharmacy and everyday errands are all within a few minutes.

Getting around

• The Expo/La Brea E Line station is about a five minute walk. That one line reaches Downtown Los Angeles, USC, Culver City and Santa Monica without ever getting in a car, which in this city is worth a great deal.

• If you do drive, the I-10 is immediately accessible and five gated off-street stalls come with the house, one per suite. Kaiser West LA is 1.6 miles, Sony Pictures 3.1, Cedars-Sinai 4.7, USC 5.0, Downtown 7.5, SoFi Stadium 6.2, LAX 8.1 and Santa Monica 9.4.

• Walk Score 84 and Bike Score 80. Cafes, restaurants and shops are genuinely walkable.

• Mid-term stays only, 30 nights and up.
• Every bedroom is a private ensuite suite with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Nothing is shared except the chef's kitchen, living room, laundry and rooftop deck.
• Kitchenettes have a full-size fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Gas range cooking is in the shared kitchen.
• A recent ground-up build, fully furnished, in pristine condition.
• Five gated off-street stalls, one per suite.
• Cats and small dogs considered on approval, pet fee applies.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or out.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Staying 30+ days? Guests are responsible for their own consumable supplies (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
