What you get access to

• Your room is yours alone: the bedroom and your own full bathroom. Nobody else uses either.

• You also have full use of the shared kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, front porch and backyard, along with the guests in the other rooms. Carport and street parking are shared.

• The detached outbuilding in the backyard is locked and not part of the rental.

• Self check-in with your own keyless code, sent before arrival. Late arrivals are no problem.

• Supplies are complimentary. On stays over 30 nights, guests are responsible for their own supplies.

• A signed rental agreement may be required.

• Early check-in / late checkout available based on availability for a fee.

• Uber and Lyft operate in the Monroe area.
