Extra sleeping: sleeper sofa in the front living room, reclining sectional in the family room.

Bathrooms: 3 full. Primary has a soaking tub, separate shower and double vanity.

Theater room: projector, big screen, recliners.

Chef's kitchen: granite, gas cooktop, double wall ovens, dishwasher, island seating, coffee maker.

Family room: sectional, fireplace, TV.

Office and den: built-in desk wall, plus a desk on the upstairs landing.
